Gluten free cooking courses at Il Viaggio
who use to cook gluten-free well knows that kneading the dough is a hard working: flour's mixtures, yeast and liquids often don't give appreciable tasty resultThe Chef Cristina Franzò is available in the "Il Viaggio" restaurant's kitchen, to teach you the gluten-free cooking secret and the correct procedures to obtain, with the right ingredients, perfect doughs for pasta, pizzas and desserts.

Every partecipant will be actively involved in lesson.
