Gluten free cooking courses at Il Viaggio

who use to cook gluten-free well knows that kneading the dough is a hard working: flour's mixtures, yeast and liquids often don't give appreciable tasty result

The Chef Cristina Franzò is available in the "Il Viaggio" restaurant's kitchen, to teach you the gluten-free cooking secret and the correct procedures to obtain, with the right ingredients, perfect doughs for pasta, pizzas and desserts.

Partecipants will be provided of aprons, block notes, ingredients and kitchen tools.
At the end of lesson we will eat togethere all the meals we cook!
